Global Internal Communications Campaign Proposal
UNICEF client proposal for a campaign to launch an internal behavioral change tool along with digital collateral to be disseminated in UNICEF’s internal social media landscape.
Issue: The tool and the campaign to support its launch, aim to inspire UNICEF staff to act in accordance with the organization’s core values as staff go about their day to day work. Adherence to the UNICEF core values can be measured by a ‘spectrum of behaviors.
This interactive tool includes resources that help staff identify the behaviors to which to aspire.
Audience: UNICEF Staff globally (approx. 13,000) .
Solution: Developed various assets for lock screen of staff, internal online global platform story to launch the tool, content for a global broadcast message, as well as content for internal ‘twitter’ platform called viva engage.
The campaign collateral seeks to enable UNICEF staff to employ spectrum of behaviors. The collateral defines what the tool and defines what is meant by ‘Spectrum of behaviors’ is by giving enough information so curiosity is peaked to click on through to the content.
